As a general agency, ARROWHEAD acts as a claims advocate and resource for the insured and broker. While we do not adjust claims directly, we can provide support throughout the claims handling process because of our familiarity with the industrial medical community and legal/regulatory environments.

Our customer service department is staffed with experienced professionals providing claims advocacy services for employers in all states. We monitor large indemnity claims progress as well as provide loss runs and claims status reports from the carrier.

Our claims support assistance proactively monitors claim activity, promotes timely claims handling and quality medical care with a return-to-work focus for all injured workers.
